Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally range from 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
  • Mandatory 2-Day Shipping During Hot Months: To ensure the integrity of our products, all orders placed between April 1st and September 30th must use 2-day shipping. Orders placed with other shipping methods during these months will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen weather conditions.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@untouched.earth so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Untouched LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Changes and Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@untouched.earth. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Holiday Shipping

  • During holiday seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered due to higher volumes and potential delays with carriers.
